Matt is the money man. He holds a Bachelor of Construction degree (Construction Economics) and has a proven track record of successfully delivering residential and commercial projects valued in excess of $100M. A skilled negotiator, Matt has the strong commercial acumen needed to deliver excellence in cost and commercial management and procurement for projects of all sizes. Small project or large, Matt will ensure clients get best value for every dollar spent, every time.
James Poninghaus
Operations Manager/Director
James is the man on the job. A strong operations professional, he brings over 25 years of hands on experience across building projects of all types and sizes. He manages the day to day construction and oversees the fitout of buildings, with an eagle eye on ensuring quality delivery of projects. James holds a Bachelor of Science (Mathematics) degree and is a licensed building practitioner.
Dr. Tony Poninghaus
Development Manager
Tony is the master of all trades. He has over 30 years of experience in planning and property development, with his extensive and varied knowledge integrating across the many aspects of design and construction, ensuring no piece of a project is overlooked. PHD educated in environmental science and a qualified Town Planner, Tony’s specialties include fit-out design, financial feasibilities, environmental issues, and resource consent applications.
