Herne Bay
A 4-level approximate 1100m2 steel & precast concrete structure building consisting of two apartments located on a Herne Bay beachfront property. Designed by Delamare Architects in conjunction with Resonant, the project includes extensive earth & piling works, 2 lifts, a 10-car garage, and a level 2 pool built on a suspended slab.
Belmont
A 3-level 600m2 concrete structure building containing 2 apartments designed by John D’Anvers Architects. Complete with a lift and a vehicle turntable, built into a clifftop with tight access and extensive earth and piling works. On completion the project will boast the highest quality finishes and extensive sea views perfect for the 2021 Americas Cup.
Greenhithe
A 2-level approximate 500m2 home designed by MATZ Architects. Cedar cladding, high ceilings, large entertaining spaces, solar installations, a basement wine cellar and a large swimming pool are some of the features of this home.
Parnell
A redevelopment of a historic villa, including lifting of the villa, re-cladding works, building new space underneath, a new pool and 2 new structures to the rear of the property. Designed by Crosson Architects, the project feature specialist finishes and be built on a difficult to access site.
Metalcraft
A purpose designed & built 2200m2 warehouse + 400m2 of 2 level office space located in Hobsonville, complete in 7 months.
Futura
Two industrial units comprising of approx. 1000m2 of warehouse space each with variable office space attached, currently under construction in Hobsonville.
Te Awamutu
Two purpose designed office buildings with basement car parking to be tenanted by the Ministry of Social Development currently under construction.
Napier
A purpose designed 3 level + basement carparking office building to be located across multiple parcel of land on a site in Napier complete with archaeological heritage. Currently in design and consenting phase with construction works expected to commence November 2019.
